TPW Investment Management (TPWIM) was founded in early 2018 by Jay Pelosky, CIO, and Jamie Gardiner, COO. Jay and Jamie met and started working together in late 2010 at a prior firm called JAForlines Global where Jamie was the first employee and Jay was a Senior Advisor on portfolio strategy and asset allocation. Jay and Jamie were both members of the investment committee, worked closely on portfolio construction and marketed together.

Jay is responsible for management of all TPWIM’s global asset allocation & portfolio strategy, leads the research activities of the investment team, and produces numerous written market and research commentaries. In addition he is a frequent speaker at industry conference and a reoccurring guest on television (Bloomberg, RealVision, etc).

He has over 30 years of buy and sell side investment experience in close to 50 countries around the globe. For the past 15 years he has invested his personal capital in an ETF based, global multi asset investment process. In 2011 he launched Pelosky Global Strategies (PGS), an investment advisory boutique advising Institutions, Hedge Funds and RIAs on portfolio strategy and asset allocation. Prior to PGS he was a Morgan Stanley Strategist & MD. At Morgan Stanley Asset Management, he launched single country and regional funds and served as PM. As a Morgan Stanley sell side strategist, he created the Firm’s Global Asset Allocation, Global Equity & Global Emerging Markets Strategy products and was a top ranked II Strategist in multiple categories.

Jamie is responsible for management of all TPWIM’s operations, business development, and partnerships. In addition as a member of the portfolio team he is responsible for ETF research and selection as well as portfolio construction across TPWIM’s product suite.

Former COO of one of the industry’s leading ETF Strategist firms JAForlines Global, Jamie helped lead JFG from a startup to one of the industry’s leading ETF Strategists, which was acquired in late 2017. As COO he successfully launched the Firm’s Global Macro Tactical Allocation Solutions across SMA, Mutual fund, CIT, and model delivery vehicles. He also oversaw aspects of the business including product development, sales, marketing, trading, and operations. While at JAForlines he spent 8 years on the portfolio management team. JFG’s flagship Global Tactical Allocation portfolio ranked in the top decile over the 3 year period ending 12/31/17 among Morningstar Tactical Mutual Funds. The firm was also named Envestnet’s Strategist of the Year in 2016 and was a finalist again for 2018.
